Harris Lalatsis
Harris Lalatsis is a market analyst and founder of Ierax Analytix. He has been working in market research since 2008. Throughout his career, he has cooperated with most of Greece's major brands both in qualitative and quantitative research projects. His experience lies mostly in the food and drinks sector, with product and package testing, focus groups and decoding the consumer's decision-making process. He is a TEDx Speaker, a mentor for various incubators around Greece and a certified member of ESOMAR, the largest organization in the world around market research and its best practices.

Evita Gantina brings over 25 years of leadership experience in both Greek and international companies, with a specialization in business communication, marketing and public relations. Evita has held senior management positions and served on the boards of major companies in the textile industry. Since 2001, she is involved in academic teaching, while also co-owning a marketing and public relations firm since 2011. Evita continues to contribute to the business world as a speaker and mentor in business incubators, and her expertise is often sought after in various advisory and executive committees. She is a graduate of the University of Houston in USA, and EU Business School in Montreux, Switzerland.

His core interests lie in helping teams analyse their data and communicate insights effectively using stories. Anestis Th. Anastasiou is an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the American College of Thessaloniki, with over 16,000 hours of teaching and corporate training experience. He has held managerial roles in international companies and is the founder of AA+Partners, a leading corporate training and HR services provider in the hospitality and retail sectors. Anestis specializes in entrepreneurship, human resources management, leadership, and customer service, teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. With academic qualifications from prestigious institutions such as UCL and King's College London, he also holds certifications in hospitality management and performance consulting. Passionate about education and innovation, he inspires students and professionals to excel in the dynamic fields of hospitality and tourism.
